If you, or any member of your party, decide to cancel your accommodation or travel arrangements at any time, written notification from the person who made the booking or your travel agent on your behalf must be received at our offices. Cancellation charges as shown below will be applicable.

If you have any a strong reason for cancelling the trip, such as natural disaster or serious medical problems, with reference to news and doctor’s verification, we evaluate and upon confirmation, we ensure that your deposit is saved for your next trip with us within 18 months of your fixed trip date.
If you wish to transfer to another lodge (one of Yeti Mountain Home) or to another trip, you will be asked to pay an administration charge of USD 50, plus any further costs we incur in making this alteration. You should be aware that the costs incurred in transferring a booking could increase the closer to the departure date they are made and you should therefore contact us as soon as possible. You cannot transfer later than 10 weeks prior to departure.
We strongly recommend a full insurance which includes cover, under certain circumstance, against the loss of deposit or cancellation charges.
